Dispatch Systems Architecture
FOUNDATION · 8–12 WEEKSWe begin every engagement by walking the floor of your operation to see exactly how a parcel moves from the intake desk to the departing van. That observation shapes a dispatch architecture built around your volumes, your staffing and your peak evening surge, not a generic template.
The architecture we deliver spans the master sort board, the work zones that staff parcels into routes, and the hand scanners that confirm every hand-off. We define who does what, in what order, and how each step reports back to the control point, so a night supervisor can read the whole shift from one board and step in the moment a route drifts behind.
We also harden the base of the operation. Redundant power, mirrored scan feeds and a clear hierarchy of who may reroute a parcel in the middle of the night are all decided and documented before a single crate leaves the office, which is what keeps a busy shift calm and controlled.
When the design is complete we stage a soft launch across a single route cluster, tune the flows, then roll the architecture out to the full fleet with live training on the night floor.
